Rythmia Life Advancement Center
Rythmia Life Advancement Center is a luxury Ayahuasca and wellbeing transformation resort in Costa Rica.
Challenge & Opportunity
Rythmia were seeking to increase their exposure to a highly targeted wellbeing audience, to attract wellbeing influencers to the resort and to get the Founder featured on podcasts as a guest.
Solution
Over a 18 month engagement, we began by identifying Rythmia’s ideal guest, which is someone aged 30 to 60 who is interested in wellness, meditation and plant medicine, lives in the United States and finding Influencers and Podcasts with audiences who fit this profile.
We began our our outreach, negotiation and inviting influencers to stay at the resort and building a pitch presentation for the Founder to be featured on podcasts.
Outcome
21 influencers attending the resort and 5 podcast appearances.
Deep brand partnerships were formed with some influencers attending many times and returning with groups of their audiences, and became highly profitable affiliates. Hundreds of thousands in revenue generated.

Challenge & Opportunity
The company desired assistance with producing Marisa's existing podcast and wanted to explore how building influencer partnerships could help drive new leads.
Solution & Result
Research into ideal guests for the podcast and outreach and facilitating connections as well as leveraging existing relationships resulted in the production of the second series of Marisa's podcast, Master Your Mind with Marisa - with esteemed guests featuring including Lewes Howes and Gaby Bernstien.
More recently with Marisa, I ran an influencer campaign in which we offer a place on one of our practitioner level trainings in exchange for an influencer sharing their experience through education content to their audience.

The LifeCo Proposal
Please consider that Influencer marketing / guest podcasting are not a quick fix, but rather an opportunity to build a dedicated long term stable strategy for brand recognition and increased occupancy.
It requires a dedicated period of at the absolute minimum 6 months to be effective and really its after that you will see the real results. This is because of the lead time of influencer arriving at resort, producing content, and then your average customer lead time through to close of sale - this complete cycle will be many months and so the bookings will not start to be generated until nearer the end of the arrangement.
The holygrail for retreat centers is partnering with influencers who bring their own guests in a group and becoming an affiliate. As we achieved with Rythmia with 2 in influencers in hundreds of thousands in revenue just between the two of them. This takes time however and is usually in a longer arrangement than 6 months.
Everything we do is taking into account results and guest bookings generated and so we work with you on cost per acquisition and prove that our process is profitable.
The LifeCo Customer Profiling
The LifeCo is a chain of results-orientated wellbeing resorts with hotels in Europe and Asia.
- 70% female, affluent enough to afford a retreat and aged average 28-60
- Predominantly European, with a smaller portions coming from America.
There are 2 main pools of interest that the target audience breaks down into:
1) Someone seeking physical healing & weight loss. Considering preventative ageing techniques.
2) Someone interested in improving their mental wellbeing
Influencer profile
We will split our outreach into micro (under 100k followers) and macro influencers (above 100k following). Most likely I anticipate a higher weighting of influencers under 100k, in the 50k range as an average.
Also size isn't everything, engagement is important and some of the best influencers have a smaller and more engaged following, therefore the minimum we will go for will be 25k followers.
Larger influencers are more likely to require flights paid for so there is a trade off also.

- Month 1: Research process, building of lists and narrative creation. The start of outreach on the third week.
Most influencers will need a couple of months notice to book a week's stay hence there will be a delay between start of campaign and influencers arriving at the retreat. Podcasts will be faster as can be remote.

Continued outreach. Refining of messaging and influencer avatar based on feedback from month 1 testing period

I propose we go with option 2 and we will guarantee a minimum of 12 influencers or we will work for free until we get this number + advanced reporting and social listening.

We will generate 10 guest podcast appearances over this term on podcasts in the related niches as discussed.
Price: $999/month
