CPD Standards is the industry-leading accreditation organisation for training programs in the professional development and healthcare space.
Challenge & Opportunity
The company was a ground-zero start-up with a higher quality service than the existing providers. Their goal to gain significant market share from a standing start.
How?
We began with a series of strategy sessions and interviews with the Founder, resting on her deep knowledge of the market having worked in the market-leading standards provider.
A customer journey map from initial touch point, to nurturing the prospect through a series of stages including awareness, familiarity, building trust and credibility and close of sale.
The ideal platform was LinkedIn for this audience. We ran a series of ads targeting this profile and implanted a customer journey funnel which led the prospect from the initial landing page, a series of emails in an automated CRM.
Outcome
The result was a campaign that has been tweaked and is still running today and it has been the foundation for the business to grow to being the market leader today.

Marisa Peer & RTT
Marisa is a world-renowned therapist and best-selling author who has trained over 15,000 therapists in her pioneering methodology Rapid Transformational Therapy.
Challenge & Opportunity
The company desired assistance with producing Marisa's existing podcast and wanted to explore how building influencer partnerships could help drive new leads.
Solution & Result
Research into ideal guests for the podcast and outreach and facilitating connections as well as leveraging existing relationships resulted in the production of the second series of Marisa's podcast, Master Your Mind with Marisa - with esteemed guests featuring including Lewes Howes and Gaby Bernstien.
More recently with Marisa, I ran an influencer campaign in which we offer a place on one of our practitioner level trainings in exchange for an influencer sharing their experience through education content to their audience.
Again, deep research in to target audience fit was carried out resulting in highly targeted influencers.
The outcome is so far 10 deals negotiated, influencers now going through he training, producing high value and engaging content and generating leads for the company.
Rythmia
Facebook ads landing page creation
We developed 30 landing pages for Rythmia and their guest speakers which delivered thousands of leads over the initial 6-week period it was running.
Rythmia Life Advancement Center
Rythmia Life Advancement Center is a luxury Ayahuasca and wellbeing transformation resort in Costa Rica.
Challenge & Opportunity
Rythmia were seeking to increase their exposure to a highly targeted wellbeing audience, to attract wellbeing influencers to the resort and to get the Founder featured on podcasts as a guest.
Solution
Over a 12 month engagement, we began by identifying Rythmia’s ideal guest, which is someone aged 30 to 60 who is interested in wellness, meditation and plant medicine, lives in the United States and finding Influencers and Podcasts with audiences who fit this profile.
We began our our outreach, negotiation and inviting influencers to stay at the resort and building a pitch presentation for the Founder to be featured on podcasts.
Outcome
21 influencers attending the resort and 5 podcast appearances.
Deep brand partnerships were formed with some influencers attending many times and returning with groups of their audiences, and became highly profitable affiliates. Hundreds of thousands in revenue generated.
